Name	Function
Water supply port	Connect a hose (not included) to supply water inside cutter cover. Water makes it difficult for food to stick inside the cutter cover.
Proximity switch for conveyor cover【Safety device】	The cutter and conveyors will stop automatically if the conveyor cover is opened.
Conveyor cover	Prevents hands from contacting conveyors and blades. It must be closed during operation. (except for paring cut) Lift and open it to clear food clogs or clean the machine.
Cutter cover	It keeps hands away from the blade. It opens and closes when removing and attaching blades. It can be removed when cleaning the machine.
Open/close handle (snap lock)	It locks the cutter cover after the cover is closed, and unlocks to open it.
Touch sensor 【Safety device】	The senor, when touched, will pop up and stop the cutter and conveyor automatically.
Outlet	The cut food comes out from the outlet. Use a container (not included) under the outlet to receive the food.
Operation panel	Conducts machine operation.
Inlet	Feed food here.
Cab tire cord and power plug	Supply electric power to the machine.
Outlet chute pin	Used when the paring guide is installed.
Caster	Used to move the machine.
