Step on the ON of the caster stopper (2 locations).

Place a container (not included) under the outlet to catch the food.

Insert the power plug into the electric outlet.

Press the 電源(POWER) switch.

The “電源(POWER)” lamp turns ON.

Press the thickness selection switch to determine the cutting thickness of the food.

Press the thickness selection switch on the operation panel to match the installed blade.
The selected thickness selection switch lights up.

NOTE

The main unit may vibrate during food cutting if the thickness selection switch does not match the blade.

Press the 運転(START) switch.

The “運転(START)” lamp turns ON and operation (blade and conveyors rotation) begins.

Place the food on the feed conveyor through the inlet.

The cut food comes out from the outlet.

When cutting is complete, press the 停止(STOP) switch.

The “運転(START)” lamp turns OFF and operation (blade and conveyors rotation) stops.

Press the 電源(POWER) switch.

The “電源(POWER)” lamp turns off.

Pull out the power plug from the electric outlet.
