During use

Proper attachment of parts

Use the machine after correctly attaching all necessary parts.
Improper attachment of parts may cause accidents or machinery failure.

Protective wear required

When handling blades, make sure to wear gloves (standard accessory) for protection purpose.
Touching blades with bare hands may cut or injure your hands or fingers.

Compulsory

If the protective gloves (standard accessory) are broken, replace them with new ones for safety.
Though the protective gloves (standard accessory) are designed to be cut-resistant, it does not mean that they will never be cut or torn by blades or metal corners, etc. The protective gloves are made for cut-prevention purpose as they have higher cut resistance and are less prone to cutting compared with other materials such as cotton and nylon.

Compulsory

Always remove the blade when installing or removing the upper and lower belts.
If the cutters rotate due to mal-operation or mal-function, your hands or fingers might get cut or injured.

Prohibited

Do not use the machine when the safety devices are inactive.
Your hands or fingers might get cut or injured.

Prohibited

Do not run or stop machine operation simply by opening or closing the cutter cover or conveyor cover.
Your hand or fingers might contact the blade and get cut or injured due to mal-function.

Type D grounding

Perform type D grounding.
Improper grounding may result in electric shocks or machinery failure.

Dedicated power supply

Use a dedicated power supply.
Connecting the power cord in the middle, using an extension cord or a power strip etc. may cause electric shocks or fire.

Installation of ELB

Make sure to install an earth leakage breaker (ELB).
Failure to install earth leakage breakers on the building side may cause electric shocks.

Never exceed rated value

Avoid using electrical outlets and wiring devices in a manner that exceeds their rated capacities.
It might generate heat, resulting in fire.

During use

Proper wears

Operate with proper wears.
Do not wear neckties, open-cuffed clothing, or knitted gloves. Keep long hair covered with a hat or hair cover. Otherwise it might be involved by the conveyor, causing injury.

Prohibited

Do not place any objects on the product.
When the object falls, it might cause injury.

Checking plug

Check the power plug (not included) pins and its surface to see if it is dirty and make sure the plug is fully inserted into the outlet without wobbling.
If the plug is covered with dirt or is not completely inserted into the outlet, it might lead to electric shock or fire.

Prohibited

Do not unplug the power cord by pulling it.
Be sure to hold the power plug when unplugging. The power cord may be damaged when the cord is pulled, resulting in electric shocks or fire.

Damage prohibited

Do not damage the power cord.
Using the machine while the cord is damaged from being excessively bent or pulled may cause electric shocks or fire.

Wet hands prohibited

Do not touch the power plug or operation panel with wet hands.
Electric shocks may occur due to electric leakage.

Prohibited

Do not remove covers or parts during operation.
Your hand or fingers might contact the turning blade or gears and get cut or injured.

Unplug power

Always unplug the power before installing and removing the blades.
The blade may start to rotate due to mal-operation or mal-function, leading to severe injury.

Check cause

If the earth leakage breaker is triggered and turnsOFF(切), eliminate the cause and turn it ON(入).
Turning on power without eliminating the cause first may cause electric shocks, fire, or machinery failure.

Unplug power

In case of errors, stop operation and unplug the power.
Continued operation while an error is detected may result in electric shock or fire.

Unplug power

Always unplug the power before cleaning or checking the machine.
Mal-operation or mal-function may cause electric shock.

Compulsory

During cleaning, inspections, or repairs, in order to ensure that a third party does not carelessly turn ON the power supply, please take such measures as placing signs and using a padlock with a lockout mechanism.
When the power supply is turned ON, electric shocks may occur and your hands or fingers may get cut.

Prohibited

Do not place removed parts on the floor or on any unstable surface during cleaning.
People might trip over and get injured.

No water splashing

Do not splash water to the operation panel or the main unit.
Electric shocks or machinery failure may occur due to electric leakage.

No water splashing

Do not splash water to electrical parts (switches, power plugs, etc.)
Electric shocks or machinery failure may occur due to electric leakage.
