Repair Costs
- Repair costs consist of traffic, parts and labor costs.
- Traffic cost: Travel cost for dispatching personnel at the customer's request to the site where the product is located.
- Parts cost: Cost of parts and/or materials to be used for repair.
- Labor cost: Personnel expenses for diagnosis, repair of breakdowns, replacement of parts, adjustment, and inspection upon completion of repair.
Provision Term of Functional Repair Parts
- We strive to provide functional repair parts of this product for a period of ten (10) years after when the production of this product is discontinued. However, if outsourced parts such as electrical components are difficult to obtain due to discontinuation of production, their supply may not be possible even within the provision term. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.
- The Functional Repair Parts refer to those required to maintain the good performance of this product.
Periodical Inspection Agreement Recommended
- It is recommended that this product undergo periodical inspections by an engineer in addition to the customer’s daily maintenance and inspection.
- Periodical inspections prevent breakdowns from occurring and ensure a long-term use of the product.
