On the premise of customer’s proper use of this machine according to the manual and the precaution labels stuck on the machine, in case of any breakdown within the warranty period due to our company’s responsibility, that malfunctioned part shall be changed or repaired free of charge.
The warranty period of this machine shall be regarded as one year from the date of purchase. Consumable parts are not warranty target.
In the following cases, the repair charge will be demanded even if within the warranty period.
The breakdown or damage is caused due to customer’s mal-operation, unspecified operation, or any operation / usage condition that is unknown to us.
The breakdown or damage is caused due to the application of unspecified energy (voltage, etc.) in case that the energy source is specified.
The breakdown or damage is caused due to repair or setup unspecified by us.
Failure or damage due to structural modification to the product made by the customer.
The breakdown or damage is caused due to unspecified connection with other machines.
Failure or damage due to wear and consumption or deterioration of the consumable parts.
The breakdown or damage is caused due to continuous usage in case of trouble caused by insufficient maintenance.
The breakdown or damage is caused due to shock / falling down when transferred / transported by the customer.
The breakdown or damage is caused due to external factors like pollution/salt/gas/insect and natural disasters like fire/earthquake/storm and flood/lightening etc.
Any travel expenses will be demanded in case of a business trip to remote locations like island or equivalent places.
We do not guarantee compensation for customer’s loss arising from a failure of this product.
We are not responsible for any food failure caused by wrong use of our product. Please be understanding.
We are not responsible for problems occurring to the customer’s properties (food, washed objects, dishes, etc.) due to operation of the product in a method beyond the descriptions in this instruction manual. Please be understanding.
We are not responsible for any damage or failure caused by having modified our product without permission.

The product warranty is valid only in Japan.
