Feeding food via inlet

  • Decide the right thickness selection switch which matches the blade thickness. If the thickness differs, food may not be cut properly.

  • Place food in the center of the conveyor as shown in the figure.

  • Vegetables such as leek or chive should be placed with its root in the front.

  • Do not put large food side by side with small ones.

When food of different height is fed at the same time, since the hold-down conveyor tends to press higher ones, food will be cut uneven in thicknesses. Feed food of similar height as much as possible.
