Check after installation

Check the following items after installation.

Installation state

Are there any scratches or damages on the product?

Is the product secured to the floor without rattling?
Is the product installed on a horizontal level?
Cutter cover
Opening and closing of the conveyor cover 
Can it open and close smoothly?
Does it interfere with other equipment?
Fall prevention
Have anchor mounting plates and anchor bolts (not included) been installed?
Electric connection
The power plug is inserted to a designated electric outlet.
Grounding is conducted.
Is an ELB equipped on the building side?

Wash and disinfect the main body and parts in the same manner as described in "Clean and wash" (* 1).

Although the product has been cleaned before shipment, make sure to conduct cleaning once more.

Check that the parts and tools are not left inside or around the product.

Double check the quantity of used tools, parts, and material which has been checked before work.
