Checking blades

Stop using blades in poor condition.
Using blades which have breaking, nick, crack, bend, damage, or deformation may lead to further damage or cause the debris to mix into the food.

Prohibited

If the blade is found to be broken or have nick after operation, do not use the food cut by it.
The debris of the blade may have mixed into the food.
NOTE

Make sure to check the blade condition each time before and after operation.
