Open the conveyor cover.

Attach the conveyor bottom plate to the frame.

Make sure that the conveyor moves in the same direction with the arrow written on the back of the lower belt and install the lower belt.

Install the lower belt from the right.

While pulling the index plunger upward to unlock it, turn the feed take handle for 1 cycle to tension the lower belt.

Turn the feed take handle as the figure below shows to tension the belt.

Align the travel direction of the conveyor with the arrow written on the back of the upper belt and install the upper belt.

While lifting the hold-down conveyor, install the upper belt from the right.

While pulling the index plunger upward to unlock it, turn the upper take handle clockwise to tension the upper belt.

Slide the mouthpiece to install it.

Tighten the 2 fixing nuts to secure the mouthpiece in place.

After lifting the hold-down conveyor, while sliding the guide plate R in the arrow direction, align the notch of the guide plate R with the conveyor cover pin to install it.

Turn the knobbed screws to the right to secure the guide plate R.

While lifting the hold-down conveyor, slide the guide plate L in the arrow direction and align the notch of the guide plate L with the conveyor cover pin to install it.

Turn the knobbed screws to the right to secure the guide plate L.

Slightly loosen the knobbed screws of the guide plate L, insert the partition board into the notch of the guide plate L and R.

Turn the knobbed screws to the right to secure the guide plate L.

Hook the 2 hexagonal bolts on the side of the conveyor into the keyholes in the lower part of the conveyor cover.

Insert the hinge pin of the main unit into the hinge hole of the cutter cover.
