Trouble indicators

In the following cases, stop using the machine and check the error. If the trouble can not be solved, contact your dealer or AIHO Corporation.

Errors	Causes	How to solve it
The "電源(POWER)" lamp does not light up.	There' s a power outage.		Wait for power recovery.
	Poor power cord	S	Replace the defective parts
	The earth leakage breaker is OFF.		Turn ON the earth leakage breaker on the building side.
The machine does not work even when the 運転(START) switch is pressed.	Safety devices are engaged.		Make sure to close the cutter cover and conveyor cover.
	The "異常灯(ERROR LAMP)" is on (inverter protection is working).		Eliminate the cause and press the 異常復帰 switch. (* 1)
	Defective operation panel/inverter	S	Replace the defective operation panel/inverter
	Loose or disconnected wiring	S	Replace the defective parts
	Motor failure	S	Replace the motor
There is an abnormal squeaking sound.	Lack of lubrication	S	Lubricate the machine
There is an unusual smell.	The motor is burnt.	S	Replace the motor
Defective blades	Check the blade condition. (* 2)	S	Replace the blade
Damaged parts	Check for damaged points	S	Replace the defective parts
Safety device does not work or it takes more than 2 seconds to stop the blade.	Defective safety switch	S	Replace the defective parts
	Defective or loose V belt	S	Replace and tension the V belt

The S marked parts require adjustment after reassembly and are hazardous. Contact your dealer or AIHO Corporation for the above troubleshooting.
