Touch sensorS | The blade and conveyor stop rotating when the senor jumps up at a touch. |
Inlet blocking board | When feeding round-shaped root vegetables such as onions or taros, it helps to prevent these food from falling off the conveyor. When mounting this component, tighten the knurling knob to secure it in place. |
Anti-scattering board | It is attached to the outlet side of the cutter cover. It prevents cut vegetables from scattering around. |
Hold-down spring | It is used when cutting is not stable. |
