Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using the services provided by AIHO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.  

Article 2 (User Registration)
1.  Registration shall be completed when an applicant for registration agrees to these Terms and applies for user registration by the method prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the application.
2.  The Company may not approve an application for user registration if it determines that the applicant falls under any of the following items, and the Company shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons for such refusal.
(1) In the event that false information was reported when applying for user registration.
(2) In the event that the application is from a person who has previously violated these Terms.
(3) In any other case where the Company determines that user registration is inappropriate.

Article 3 (Management of Email Address and Password)
1.  Users shall, at their own responsibility, appropriately manage their email address and password for the Service.
2.  Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their email address and password to a third party, or share them with a third party.
3.  In the event that a login is performed with a combination of an email address and password that matches the registered information, the Company shall deem such use to be by the User who registered that email address.
4.  The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of an email address and password by a third party, except in cases where the Company has acted with intent or gross negligence.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
1.  Users may not engage in any of the following acts in the Service:
(1) Acts that infringe upon the copyrights, other intellectual property rights, or portrait rights of the Company or a third party (including reproduction (including screenshots, etc.), modification, editing, and other similar acts).
(2) Acts of defaming or slandering the Company or a third party.
(3) Acts that infringe upon the property or privacy of the Company or a third party.
(4) Acts that cause disadvantage to the Company or a third party.
(5) Acts of unauthorized tampering with or deleting the content of the Service or information available through the Service.
(6) Acts of unauthorized use, tampering with, or deleting trademarks, service marks, or other marks of the Service.
(7) Acts of using the Service by impersonating a third party.
(8) Acts intended to significantly obstruct or suspend the provision of the Service by this website.
(9) Acts that significantly obstruct other users from using the Service or that induce other users to withdraw from the Site.
(10) Acts that place such a heavy load on the Service's computer systems that it becomes difficult for the Site to provide the Service.
(11) Other acts that violate or instigate the violation of laws, ordinances, public order and morals, or any other regulations.
(12) Acts that the Company determines are likely to fall under any of the preceding items.
(13) Other acts that the Company determines to be obstructive to the operation of the Service.
2.  If a user discovers another user engaging in any of the aforementioned prohibited acts, they may report this to the Site.
3.  The Site may suspend the provision of the Service to a user who is confirmed to have engaged in prohibited acts, or may revoke their membership.

Article 5 (Suspension of the Provision of the Service)
1. If the Site determines that any of the following reasons exist, the Site may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User.
(1) When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of the computer systems related to the Service.
(2) When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure, such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.
(3) When computer or communication lines, etc., are shut down due to an accident.
(4) In any other case where the Site determines that the provision of the Service is difficult.
2.  The Site shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by a user or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Site shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User arising from or in connection with the Service (including cases where the Site or the User foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of such damages).

Article 7 (Withdrawal)
1.  When a User wishes to withdraw from the Site, the User shall submit a withdrawal application in accordance with the method specified by the Company.
2.  The Company may retain User information for a certain period of time after the User's withdrawal, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 8 (Deregistration of Inactive Members)
If a User has not used the Service for a period of one year or more, the Company may delete the membership registration of said User.

Article 9 (Amendments to these Terms)
1.  The Site may change the contents of these Terms without prior notice to the User.
2.  If a User begins using the Service after these Terms have been amended, such User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
3.  The amended Terms shall be posted on a page designated by the Site.

Article 10 (Termination of the Service)
1.  In the event that any of the following items apply, the Company shall terminate all or part of the Service and may cancel all or part of these Terms as of the date of such termination.
(1) When notice is given to the User at least one month prior to the termination date.
(2) When the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure, such as natural disasters.
2. The Company shall be fully exempted from any liability for damages incurred by the User in connection with the cancellation set forth in the preceding paragraph.

Article 11 (User Consent)
The User shall agree in advance that the Company may, when it deems necessary for the maintenance, operation, or technical aspects of the Service, perform monitoring, analysis, investigation, or other necessary actions regarding User Data, etc., to the minimum extent necessary. However, this provision does not impose any monitoring obligation or management responsibility on the Company.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1.  The laws of Japan shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.
2.  In the event that a dispute arises in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the first instance.
