Q. What products do you offer?

Q. Is membership registration paid?
A. It is free of charge.
Q. Can anyone register for membership?
A. Membership registration is limited to customers who have purchased AIHO products. (We kindly ask that competitors refrain from registering.)
Q. How can I become a member?
A. Sign Up: Complete the required fields and submit the form. Within 2–3 business days, the administration office will contact you at the registered email address to confirm that your registration has been completed.
Q. I have registered for membership, but I cannot view the members-only videos.
A. Please log in using the login button located at the top right of the screen. After logging in, “MANUAL” will be added to the top menu. (On smartphones, it will be added to the hamburger menu.)
Q. I forgot my password. What should I do?
A. If you have forgotten your password, you can enter your registered email address from the “Forgot Password” option to receive a newly issued password.
